Located about 18 kilometres from the town of Hyden and the famous Wave Rock, you will find the lovely Mulka's cave. It is an Nyaki-Nyaki site part of the Nyoongar peoples
Here you will find 275 handstencils, with 40 sprayed areas, 23 handprints, 23 paintings, 3 drawings and a single object stencil produced with a wide range of colours.
It is thought some of the artwork dates to 2,000 to 4,000 years ago and some may have been as recent as 400 years ago.
Access to the stencils is relatively easy and facilitated by a modern bridge.
A walking trail around the area is well worth the walk.
