The 44 gallon, or 220 litre drum is secured to four 'star pickets', that have also had the white and black spray paint treatment. An air compressor cylinder seems to be have used for the cows head facing away from the road, with a black flexible flap at the rear for mail to be placed within the large drum and still receive a measure of protection from the elements. The base of a metal bucket with four teats attached hang below the cow, with some ball bearing for eyes, and shaped metal triangular pieces for the ears.
