The war memorial in Enspijk (municipality of West Betuwe) is a bronze statue of a standing, naked male figure. The statue is placed on a column of white natural stone.
The text on the column reads:

The monument was changed in 2017. The name Barendinus van Doorn has been removed from the war memorial in Enspijk. The man from Geldermalsen did not die in Germany when he was deployed there during the Second World War, but died as a soldier in the uniform of the Waffen-SS.
