"Escudo heráldico lujan
Emblema del Partido Lujàn, creado mediante Ordenanza Municipal.
La elipse del escudo simboliza la unidad material y política con la Nación y la Provincia. La línea roja representa la sangre del Capitán Luján y los esfuerzos y victorias de los conquistadores del lugar que, durante mucho tiempo, fue la primera avanzada hacia el interior.

El Jefe en Plata, representado por el color Blanco, indica la dependencia y conformidad con la Reina del Cielo en su deseo de permanecer en su lugar.
