The Gothic Manor was built after 1484 and rebuilt in the neo-Gothic spirit, including the connected Guard Tower in 1883.

It was the summer house of the Brotherhood of St. George, built in the area of the old town zwinger, between the Guard Tower and the dam of the western castle moat, from material from the demolition of the Teutonic castle.

The facade on the Vistula side is decorated with plastered blinds and crowned with a gable.

Brotherhood of Saint Jerzy was dissolved in 1842, after which the Manor was rebuilt into apartments: the original single-space ground floor and first floor were divided into residential premises.

From 1924, the building was owned by the Brotherhood of Shooters; after World War II, there was a youth hostel here.

Currently, the Torun Twin Cities Society is located here.

The building is not open to the public.
