"La Cruz de San Pedro del Bosque es una cruz de término del municipio de Lloret de Mar (Selva) incluida en el Inventario del Patrimonio Arquitectónico de Cataluña . Antes de llegar a la plaza de la ermita de San Pedro del Bosque, anunciando y señalando el Santuario, podemos contemplar la Cruz de término de piedra preciosa de Montjuïc obra de estilo modernista, diseñada por el arquitecto Josep Puig i Cadafalch .
La cruz se encuentra emplazada en una terraza cuadrangular, cuyo perímetro está cerrado y delimitado por una cadena doble de hierro forjado que se encuentra en bastante mal estado de conservación, como acredita el hecho de que está bastante oxidada y corroída. Se trata de una doble cadena unida por medallones cuadrangulares, los cuales están adornados respectivamente con la Cruz de St. Jordi y las cuatro barras de Cataluña. La cruz está ubicada sobre un cuádruple basamento estructurado en dos partes bien diferenciadas: por una parte hay tres escalones en forma de tres octógonos concéntricos superpuestos, y por otra, una base circular. Este cuádruple basamento tiene como materia prima la piedra nummulítica o piedra caliza de Girona.
La Cruz de término de San Pedro del Bosque fue encargada por Nicolau Font i Maig, el cual era conocido popularmente por la gente de Lloret como "El Conde" debido a su gran fortuna. Nicolau Font encargó al poeta Jacint Verdaguer la reforma de los gozos de la Virgen de Gracia y un canto a la Cruz, el cual fue musicado por el prestigioso compositor Cándido Candi y Casanovas , para cantar ante la Cruz de Término que hizo construir a la vista del santuario, según un proyecto del famoso arquitecto modernista Josep Puig i Cadafalch -por la parte del atajo también hizo construir otra cruz de piedra, algo más sencilla-, autor también de la artística capilla que se levanta justo en la bifurcación del camino popular de Sant Pere y del atajo. Todo esto dentro de una marcada línea modernista propia de la época y que fue solemnemente inaugurado el día 1 de mayo de 1898. "

The Terminus Cross of San Pedro del Bosque was commissioned by Nicolau Font i Maig, who was popularly known by the people of Lloret as "The Count" due to his great fortune.
