The Gingerbread Walk of Fame was founded in 2003.
It is located on the sidewalk on the southern side of the Old Town Square, between the Town Hall and the Artus Court.
Instead of typical stars, the tablets have the shape of "Katarzynka", the most popular gingerbread in Torun.
Individuals, artists and scientists, as well as groups (e.g. musical groups) and collectives are honored.
