Roy Heath was but thirty-six years of age at the time of his death. His Woodmen of the World memorial is styled as a vertical tree stump with cut branches. Usually these are set on some sort of base, either cut logs (often decorated with leaves and ivy) or a simple square, but this one is not. Possibly as a result, this monument has developed an alarming tilt. The inscription is:
