4.05 MILES SOUTHEAST OF THE JUNCTION OF STATE HIGHWAY 138 AND U.S. HIGHWAY 99 AT GORMAN, AT THE WEST SIDE OF THE SOUTH END OF THE INTERSTATE HIGHWAY 5 (U.S. HIGHWAY 99) AND STATE HIGHWAY 138 INTERCHANGE, NOW UNDER CONSTRUCTION, 1.0 FOOT EAST OF THE WEST HIGHWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY FENCE, AND 1.5 FEET SOUTHEAST OF A METAL WITNESS POST WITH SIGN ATTACHED. THE DISK IS SET IN THE TOP OF A CYLINDRICAL CONCRETE POST WHICH IS 12 INCHES IN DIAMETER AND PROJECTS 5 INCHES ABOVE THE GROUND SURFACE.
