This overlook is known as The Noblemen Tombs, as indeed there are several antique tombs scattered around the area. Great views of Aswan and surrounding area.

This overlook spot is located in the West Bank of Nile River, just across Aswan. Theoretically an entrance ticket is required, but anyone will be able to reach the place if not walking from the designated access. It's pretty much open "fields" (more like desert).
Coordinates are from the higher spot. Great views from there. Almost covering the whole Aswan, as well as the islands of the Nile and the river itself, and the west suburbs of the city.
