They are open daily from 9 AM to Midnight, with the drive thru staying open an extra hour. Inside, there are about a dozen tables -- look for outlets at the bar seating -- and a covered outdoor patio. There are also a couple of wall outlets.
This isn't necessarily an easy-off, easy-on location, due to heavy traffic along Estes Pkwy, but its location near I-20 makes it a popular stop for travelers. Using the wi-fi is simply a matter of connecting to the SSID, accepting their terms, and off you go. It's on the slow side -- the upload speed is comical -- but it's just fine if you're the only customer inside.
