Cette table d'orientation, située sur le parking du col de la Croix (bocca di a Crocce) permet d'admirer le golfe de Porto. Le golfe fait partie du Parc naturel régional de la Corse. Il est inscrit, comme les calanques de Piana, au Patrimoine Mondial depuis 1983. La table d'orientation est située au nord de Porto, sur le village d'Osani, près de la route de Porto à Galeria. Elle se trouve à 269m d'altitude. Le texte mentionne: "Porto doit son nom à un port abrité dans une baie aux célèbres roches rouges. Le golfe dans son ensemble est classé "Patrimoine mondial de l'Humanité" par l'UNESCO. Une tour génoise carrée, édifiée au XVI° siècle, surveillait ce port. Dans les montagnes, à 800m au nord-ouest d'Ota, se trouvait au Moyen-âge le Castellu di e rocche di sia. LE château a été construit sur un nid d'aigles, par les seigneurs de Leca, dont Rinucciu di Leca en 1413. Cette fortification servait à contrôler un chemin de transhumance entre la basse vallée et l'arrière pays, mais également à surveiller le mouillage du "Porto di Sia". Le lieu servait aussi de refuge puisqu'en 1487, lors de la révolte de Ghjuvan Paulu di Leca contre l'Office de Saint-Georges, sa femme, ses enfants et quelques fidèles vinrent s'y retrancher. Le fortin est démantelé quelques années plus tard avec les autres châteaux ayant appartenu à Ghjuvan Paulu. Subsistent les vestiges de bâtiments avec une citerne alors que, sur le sommet du rocher, une tour de guet avait été installée. Les fouilles effectuées ont livré du matériel métallique (points de flèches, douilles d'arbalètes, plaquettes d'armures légères...) et des céramiques culinaires locales et importées."
