Main door of the Church of San Esteban, made of iron, double-leaf with smaller openings to facilitate its use, it is painted in gray anti-rust paint and the decorative point is given by those large starry rivets forming crosses.

"Sant Esteve is a parish church in the town of Ripollet (Vallès Occidental) protected as a cultural asset of local interest.

The original structure of the Romanesque church would have a Latin cross plan, a nave with a slightly pointed barrel vault and a semicircular apse head. Outside the church, in the northern part, there would be a cemetery and on the left a small cloister, as can be deduced from the arches discovered when the old rectory was demolished in 1948. Currently, it is a building with three naves. The central nave is the old Romanesque church and the cloister gallery was used for the south nave. Communication between the naves is carried out through two large arches on each side of the central nave. In the center of the apse wall there is a double-flow window.

This church is documented for the first time in the precept of King Lothair, in 986, by which he confirmed all its assets to the monastery of Sant Cugat. It appears mentioned as a parish in 1066, in a deed of emphyteutic establishment that Abbot Andreu de Sant Cugat made in favor of Sicardis and his children. Among the legacies he received is that of Berenguer de Ripollet (1145) for the reform of the temple."
