La puerta, de madera tintada en marrón, es de medio arco con aperturas acristaladas y protegidas con forja, las puertas también disponen de aperturas acristaladas protegidas por forja.
"La iglesia parroquial de Santa Engracia, como puede deducirse a partir de toda su historia, su actual estructura es posterior a los años 50, momento en que fue reconstruida. De todo su semblante historicista, que se puede apreciar en una fotografía de lo que se construyó entre 1887-1888, no queda nada. Actualmente, sólo conserva el cuerpo sobresalido de la fachada principal donde se origina el campanario, al igual que en el siglo XIX .
El paramento comienza en un zócalo doble de piedras bien encajadas, de mayor altura en la fachada principal que en la posterior debido a la morfología del terreno. Discontinua en un muro liso, de un enlucido , donde se dibuja el típico sillería . La puerta de acceso centra el espacio de la fachada y es de arco redondo de medio punto con diferentes molduras en la misma dirección con gradación concéntrica. Este espacio central se encuentra enmarcado por una moldura y en cada lado hay ojos de buey circulares y enmarcados. Está todo dispuesto con simetría y armonía.
De la parroquia de Santa Engracia se encuentra documentación del año 1007 donde queda ubicada en el " Monte Scatano ". El 4 de mayo de 1381 se realizó una licencia por parte del obispo para trasladar la parroquia, que estaba cerca del Besòs , en la nueva capilla de Sant Antoni y Sant Llorenç (fundada por Pere Riera). El obispo dispuso que desde entonces se llamara Iglesia Parroquial de Santa Engracia de Moncada. El 4 de abril de 1544 se realizó, tal y como se puede leer en un documento, el encargo a un imaginero, Martí Días, del modelado de una imagen de Santa Engracia por el precio de siete ducados , y que sería venerada a el altar mayor (actualmente desaparecida).
Entre 1624 y 1868 fue sufragania de la iglesia de Sant Iscle y Santa Victoria de las Feixes (actualmente término municipal de Cerdanyola del Vallès ). Después, por necesidad, se inició una ampliación de estilo neogótico bajo el proyecto de Enric Sagnier y Villavechia , que empezó entre 1887 y 1888 y fue inaugurada en 1901. Sagnier había sido el autor de varios edificios más en Montcada, entre los cuales la ya desaparecida "Ermita de la Virgen del Cerro" y terminado en el año 1928 por el arquitecto municipal de Moncada Joan Baptista de Serra i Martínez cuando Sagnier desistió por dificultades económicas de recaudación de fondos y diversas desavenencias con la iglesia.
En 1936, con la Guerra Civil , un episodio de anticlericalismo lo derribó para ser levantada de nuevo en la década de los años 50.
Algunas fuentes apuntan que la reconstrucción se hizo en 1942 , añadiendo un campanario de líneas racionalistas .
