The chainlink fence necessitates a telephoto lens to capture the detail of the inscriptions on the marker. Fortunately, the grass inside the compound was recently mowed, so the monument was easily seen and the inscriptions on the disk were readable with using a telephoto lens.

This benchmark is near the middle of a wedge-shaped bit of land found between the major road West Avenue and the regular neighborhood streets of Cherry Ridge Drive and Neer Avenue. Best viewing of the benchmark is from the chainlink fence that parallels West Avenue, even though parking is best done along Neer Avenue for safety reasons. Walk the fence line around to the other side to get the best view of the disk.
