"Sant Ponç is a church in Sant Celoni (Vallès Oriental) included in the Inventory of the Architectural Heritage of Catalonia. It was part of the old cap or leper hospital called San Nicolás located outside the wall so as not to spread the disease to the villagers. Although it is a good example of the popular Romanesque style, it is a late building, from the end of the 13th or 13th century. Its appeal lies in the simplicity of the construction.

It is a religious building, made of masonry on the outside. It has a circular apse, in the center there is a loophole window with a semicircular arch. On the south wall there are two windows with a semicircular arch similar to those in the apse and a simple door like the one at the entrance, semicircular, slanted to the right and a loophole in the center. The façade is crowned by a simple belfry with an opening. The interior is a single nave without sections. There is a modern stone altar. On a shelf is the image of Sant Ponç."
