This was originally The Ballpark in Arlington, constructed for the Texas Rangers, and it was their home from 1994 to 2019. Over time, the naming rights thing has prompted multiple changes, and today, it is Choctaw Stadium, still used for multiple events. When events are happening, you can come in from inside the stadium in the vicinity of sections 127-130. There's just the green mermaid medallion to greet you; you won't find "Starbucks Coffee" in big letters. Otherwise, it's a Starbucks with a café, not just a kiosk.
There is a nice, open view of the inside of the stadium through the glass, with padded benches and small tables against one wall, and outlets behind your legs. In front of that is a long table with bar stools, with outlets hidden under it. In front of the barista area are a few tall tables with bar stools, and additional outlets along the wall.
If anything, be careful with parking: There are a few places on the street in front of the stadium which are designated for Starbucks mobile orders. Just south of the stadium is a huge parking lot for Texas Live! and you can park there for free whenever events aren't happening. Otherwise, keep your eyes and ears open so as to avoid being ticketed or towed.
The wi-fi is lightning fast, and they probably share a pipeline with the stadium, which has its own SSID. Not surprisingly, there are a few portal screens that you normally don't see at Starbucks, but otherwise, connect to the SSID, skip past them, and off you go.
