This is a ceremonial landau, used to transport visiting VIP's, namely during the ceremonies of the grand opening of Suez channel. It's on display in one of the rooms of the military museum, in the Citadel grounds. Note that a single ticket is requested to enter the grounds, providing then access to all the attractions existing in the complex.
