Also known as Sulphur Cemetery, Oaklawn Cemetery is just north of Sulphur. This large cemetery is final rest for perhaps eight thousand souls. There are several interesting monuments here in this active and well-tended cemetery. However, although there is a fine stone entrance and gate there is no sign with the name of the cemetery.
