Place that give you along forest tracks, along wooded paths following the Os Muíños stream, which gives a good example of its name, since along its course we can find several of these old constructions. We arrive at O Pontón and continue towards Barbadás to finish at the circuit in A Valenzá. With 635 meters above sea level, O Castro represents one of the privileged places to contemplate a panoramic view of the landscape.
The route has interesting in mushrooms and trees.
Begans in the coordinate, when Is the line of three councils and close the "Castro" tower of vigilance and heliport.
