The clock is mounted on a small clock tower on the Heywoods Estate Agents on Blackfriars Road in Newcastle-under-Lyme.

The white stone clock tower is erected on the roof of the Heywoods building. The clock has a four blue circular faces with a black surround and gold decoratively shaped hands.
This unusual clock has no numerals or minute marks, instead the numerals are represented by gold capital letters that spell out the words 'HEYWOODS TIME'.

The clock was working at the time of my visit.
