[EN] "A bull of Pope Adrian IV, dated 1154, appears to designate a priory of the Abbey of Notre-Dame d'Issoudun. This priory was entrusted to a college of canons which, in 1454, was united with that of Saint-Cyr d'Issoudun. The church currently comprises a nave and a narrower choir, ending in a semi-circular sanctuary. The nave and choir are covered by exposed 16th-century roof timbers. The sanctuary retains its semicircular vault and cul-de-four. The entire edifice dates back to the 12th century, but has undergone several interventions over the centuries. The remains of the piers on the north side, and the beginning of the absidiole that follows, suggest that the choir included a lateral development of aisles and transepts. On the south side, these remains have disappeared to make way for a 15th-century bell tower."
