Autorem koncepcji dziela sa dzieci, które uczestniczyly w warsztatach fundacji Na Miejscu. Pomnik ich pomyslu stanal obok Szkoly Podstawowej nr 377, stajac sie glosem uczniów w kwestii bezpieczenstwa ruchu w miescie. Jest zbudowany z blachy i umieszczony na betonowym postumencie.
Inicjatywa wynikla z dwuletnich warsztatów CoMobility, gdzie dzieci domagaly sie spokojniejszego ruchu ulicznego, pragnac swobodnie podrózowac do szkoly na hulajnodze.

[ENG] The Hulajnozystka Sculpture, unveiled on June 6th in Targówek, is a delightful sculpture depicting two girls zooming on scooters – one in a red dress, the other in a pink one. The artwork concept was created by children who participated in workshops organized by the Na Miejscu Foundation. The monument of their idea stands next to Primary School No. 377, becoming students' voice on traffic safety in the city. It is constructed from sheet metal and placed on a concrete pedestal.
The initiative originated from the two-year CoMobility workshops, where children advocated for calmer traffic, desiring to commute to school freely on scooters.
