Worker with a handheld concrete vibrator in front of the former factory Vibro-Verket. The male model for the monument was maintenance master Ernfrid Johansson from Vibro-Verket and therefore the monument is called Ernfried.
Vibro-Verket was a factory that manufactured machines and the most successful machine was a handheld concrete vibrator.
The monument, which was created by the artist Carl Meijer, is from 1970, when the Vibro-Verket closed. The monument was created from the last melting from Vibro-Verket's foundry.
