Vor vielen Jahren war Vineta die größte und reichste im ganzen Lande. Der Reichtum stieg den Bewohnern mehr und mehr zu Kopfe. Hochmut und Verschwendung waren an der Tagesordnung. Das konnte nicht gut gehen. Eine riesige Sturmflut riss in einer Novembernacht die Stadt Vineta in die Tiefe. Seitdem kann man zu Ostern mit etwas Glück die Glocken von Vineta läuten hören. Am Strand In Koserow, eines der möglichen Stellen wo Vineta versunken ist, erklingen am Ostsonntag die Glocken. Untermalt wird dieses Ereignis durch eine Band.
Many years ago, Vineta was the largest and richest in the entire country. The wealth increasingly went to the residents' heads. Pride and waste were the order of the day. That couldn't go well. A huge storm surge tore the town of Vineta into the depths one November night. Since then, with a bit of luck, you can hear the bells of Vineta ringing at Easter. On the beach in Koserow, one of the possible places where Vineta sank, the bells ring on Eastern Sunday. This event is accompanied by a music band.
