The Glass Pavilion is home to the Toledo Museum of Art's world-renowned glass collection and features more than 5,000 works of art from ancient to contemporary times.
The Glass Pavilion itself is a work of art. All exterior and almost all interior walls consist of large curved glass panels creating a transparent structure that blurs the boundaries between interior and exterior spaces.
Also included are galleries for special glass exhibitions, artist studios, demonstration areas, and spaces for education and special events.
The Glass Pavilion is located directly across Monroe Street from the Main Museum with parking adjacent to the building. It is open during regular Museum hours, and admission is free.-
