The Church of St. Pius V in Homole u Panny is a sacral building standing on a rocky elevation above the village square in the middle of the village, which it dominates.
The church stands on a hill on the western edge of the village. It is a brick single-nave building of rectangular plan with an offset polygonally ended presbytery and a sacristy on the eastern side.
