"Antiguamente de Nuestra Señora de Consolación, se encuentra situado en la Plaza del Carmen. Fundado en el siglo XVI, aunque reformado por diversos acontecimientos, conserva la impronta conventual del origen.

Se compone de dos partes: la antigua residencia conventual, dispuesta en torno a un claustro central, y la Iglesia, donde se encuentra la patrona de Trigueros, Ntra. Sra. del Carmen. Cae en manos privadas que desvirtúan su uso religioso tras la desamortización.

Ya, en los años 40 del S.XX, Doña Salud de Berges Vides lo convierte un Colegio de Enseñanza femenino para lo que trae una congregación de Hermanas Carmelitas Descalzas que abandonan el edificio tras el Terremoto de 1969.

Tras una reforma, en 1998 se convierte en el Centro Cívico del pueblo."
