This fountain is located just outside the front gate to El Centernario Plaza in Cartagena, Columbia. The tapered three tiered fountain features two youths and a large fish at the marble top situated upon a decorative marble base. The fountain sits within a two tiered circular stone pool. The fountain was off when I visited.
