They are open daily from 7 AM to 10 PM. There's a bench spanning the long wall, with mostly tables throughout. There is also some bar seating and what looks like school desks all together up front. You'll find a few outlets there and a few on the walls. Connecting to their wi-fi is the same as about every other Taco Bell, where you connect to the SSID, accept their terms, and go. The signal is on the slow side, but it'll get you through for basic web surfing.
