There is a yellow colt, and a red horse and a blue horse, grazing behind Lowe's and along side Edison Ave. in this display established by the Art in the City movement in Chesterfield.
This art display is an award winner. Recognized by the Missouri Arts Council and a Creative Community.
This display of horses in steel have been in place for some time.
