The stuccoed light-pink building is on the Newell Highway, though with a locally named section of road. It seems that two-thirds of this early art-deco styled building is the Leisure Arts & Crafts Centre for Peak Hill. There is a single vehicle access with red bi-fold doors opening directly onto a narrow concrete footpath. Above the vehicle bay behind the flat facade is a red louvered siren.
To the south is a wood-clad, cream-painted shed with a green metal rood and a single panel-lift green door with Perspex inserts for a second fire tanker. (It may easily be that some RFB volunteers are also retained with Fire + Rescue NSW.) No signage on this building.
