St. Anne's Collegiate Church is a Roman Catholic church. It was designed by Tylman van Gameren.
The current building dates from 1705 and was built where there used to be a church from the 14th century. The building is very similar to Sant'Andrea della Valle in Rome. Architecture and decoration are Polish Baroque reminiscent of the Italian Baroque style.
The church is built according to a Latin cross plan, with a dome at the junction between the transept and the nave. The nave is surrounded by three chapels on each side.
The interior stucco decoration is the work of the sculptor Baldassare Fontana. He was educated in Rome and it shows in his work. The two artists Innocenzo Monti and Karol Dankwart have decorated a large part of the church. These are especially images of paintings of flowers and angels. The dome also has similar paintings.
