This scenic overlook is north of the Paluxy River Dinosaur Trackbed and provides a splendid view of the river and surrounding area. The nearest parking is south of the river; to reach this scenic overlook you must cross the river (it is usually low enough to do so) and hike about half a mile up the trail. At the overlook are benches (which you will need after that hike) and a memorial to Billy Paul Baker, long-time superintendent of this Park.
