In the Alameda de Santiago de Compostela with many Art Deco buildings, there is this Kiosk built in 1896-97 by the contractor Ramón Vieites Castromán, according to the project of the municipal architect García Vaamonde.
It has an octagonal floor plan and stands on a granite ashlar base. The iron grilles reproduce stylized plant and animal motifs.
It was restored in 2006.
