ES: "En este espacio se alojaban unos 25 ó 30 caballo:
De los dos ámbitos en que se divide, el oriental sirvió para esa función y sobre él se dispuso, probablemente, un cuerpo alto apoyado sobre la alineación de pilares, que debió utilizarse como pajar. El otro ámbito es un espacio de servicio al aire libre. La pronunciada pendiente de su pavimento de piedray los desagües indican que sirvió para la aireación y limpieza de las cuadras.
Esta pequeña unidad de caballería debió estar al servicio de los visires (ministros) y otros altos funcionarios que trabajaban en los grandes edificios administrativos situados al este."
EN: "These stables held around 25 or 30 horses. The precinct is divided into two separate areas: the eastern area was used for stalls, and there was probably an upper storey supported by pillars. used as a straw loft, The other area was an open-air zone. The marked slope of the stone paving and the visible drains suggest that this area was used for cleaning and airing the stables.
This small mews was probably intended for use by Visirs (ministers) and other high-ranking officials who worked the large administrative buildings to the east.
The piece of marble to your right is a water basin, recovered during excavation of this area and returned to its original position after restoration."
