ES: "Esta Vivienda de Servicio es un espacio donde el personal doméstico preparaba los alimentos para los importantes personajes que habitaban las grandes
residencias ubicadas al sur.
El control de esta actividad debía realizarla un alto funcionario de palacio, tal vez un Jefe de Cocina, que vivía en las habitaciones situadas al fondo del patio. Esas habitaciones formaban una unidad residencial autónoma dentro de la edificación.
Las otras dependencias -en torno al patio central— estaban destinadas al trabajo culinario, estacando la habitación con horno que hay a su derecha. La existencia de una excepcional letrina doble hace pensar que este trabajo lo realizaban personas del mismo sexo.

EN: "In this area, the domestic staff cooked for the important people living in the residence to the south.
Kitchen work was overseen by a top Palace official, perhaps a Kitchen Supervisor, who lived in the rooms at the far end of the courtyard. These rooms formed an independent suite within the palace building.
The other rooms, arranged around the central courtyard, were used for kitchen work, as is evident from the oven in the room to your right. The presence of an unusual double latrine suggests that the work was carried out by people of the same sex.
