Santa Clara Civic Center park occupies a historic patch along the El Camino Real, West of Mission Santa Clara, on the road to San Francisco and Mission Dolores. In the park, next to a war plaque and near the street is this bell

Note the park, the plaque, and the statue of Saint Clare all in the background. It's a nice area.
