"Se encuentra localizado en la tribuna alta frente al altar. Su caja es de estilo neoclásico y habría sido construido entre finales del s. XVIII y principios del XIX por un autor desconocido, aunque por sus detalles constructivos podría atribuirse a Guillermo D´Enoyer o a Miguel González Aurioles, quedando patente que ha sufrido intervenciones posteriores, posiblemente de las manos de Adolfo Montero Weiss o Aquiles Ghys.
La tubería vista se distribuye en tres castillos en la fachada principal y otro en cada una de las fachadas laterales. Estos castillos laterales están decorados en su parte superior con tallas de instrumentos musicales. Bajo los castillos de la fachada principal arranca una trompetería de batalla en forma de Ave María a tres filas.
La citada fachada principal está rematada por un frontón partido coronado por un ramo de azucenas, por estar consagrado a la Anunciación de la Virgen María.
Diversas tapas desmontables y puertas permiten el acceso al interior de la caja y a sus elementos funcionales.
Una de las transformaciones más evidentes que tuvoel órgano fue la del traslado de la consola en ventana a la balaustrada del coro, quedando independizada del mueble. De esta forma, el organista se sentaría de cara al altar.
El teclado, que presenta unas bonitas incrustaciones en hueso, pudo ser el que originalmente estuviera adosado a la caja.
Se conservan los selectores de registros con tirador metálico y una pedalera de contras.
Las transmisiones del teclado y de los registros es mecánica.
En su interior se percibe claramente la transformación funcional que sufrió, observándose panderetes que han sido reutilizados como bastidores para otros elementos. También pueden verse secretillos y tablones con conductos.
El secreto de contras se encuentra en el suelo, bajo la antigua ubicación de la consola.
Ha perdido gran cantidad de tubos de su interior, aunque mantiene los de madera para los registros de contras.
En la parte alta se localiza una pareja de fuelles gemelos que son accionados por una gran palanca vertical de hierro.
Actualmente se encuentra en desuso y en estado no operativo."

The aforementioned main façade is topped by a split pediment crowned by a bouquet of lilies, as it is consecrated to the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary.
Various removable lids and doors allow access to the interior of the box and its functional elements.
One of the most obvious transformations that the organ had was the transfer of the window console to the choir balustrade, becoming independent of the furniture. In this way, the organist would sit facing the altar.
The keyboard, which has beautiful bone inlays, may have been the one that was originally attached to the case.
The record selectors with metal handles and a contra pedal board are preserved.
The keyboard and register transmissions are mechanical.
Inside, the functional transformation it underwent is clearly perceived, showing tambourines that have been reused as frames for other elements. Secretlets and planks with ducts can also be seen.
The secret con is located on the floor, under the old console location.
It has lost a large number of tubes inside, although it maintains the wooden ones for con records.
In the upper part there is a pair of twin bellows that are activated by a large vertical iron lever.
