Finally, after all these years I finally found one that hasn't been waymarked yet and it was all by accident. Photos taken on 7 October 2023. The memorial consists of a granite column with a bronze plaque that says:

Men and Women of Snohomish County who would ask not what their country could do for them but what they could do for their country

This memorial is forever dedicated
