El campanario es nuevo, aún no se ha terminado, debido a una ampliación de la iglesia para guardar la imagen que se saca en Semana Santa, se ha modificado tambien el campanario, sustituyéndolo por este de espadaña con hueco para una campana al igual que el anterior.

"Construida en el siglo XVII dedicada a San Roque, como patrón elegido por la ciudad en la epidemia de 1583.
En el siglo XVIII su advocación se cambió a la Virgen del Carmen. Es de estilo protobarroco y consta de una sola nave, cúpula semiesférica sobre la capilla mayor y camarín muy decorado con yeserías barrocas."
