The mission of Charlie’s is to provide a unique bookstore experience that is dedicated to creating community connection through queer literature. According to the website, the team at Charlie's believe that by promoting diverse and intersectional voices, they can contribute to a more just and equitable society for all.
Charlie Hunts, a man of trans experience, began with a fabulous disco book cart to offer books that speak to the spectrum of queer life from cooking to coloring and offer curated gifts from around the world.
