"This house has been documented since 1512. It was built immediately after the fire of 1487, for the merchant Louis Olivier. This home has always belonged to traders, including a master pastry chef in the 16th century. The name comes from the corner post representing three flutes. The exterior facades are made up of half-timbered timbers corbelled one above the other. "
