Dit kruisbeeld van de kunstenaar Charles Grips staat op de hoek van de Heyendaalseweg/Houtlaan. het origineel werd in 1949 gemaakt en is helaas door de tand des tijds versleten
In 2014 werd het beeld dat er nu staat neergezet het is afkomstig van de begraafplaats van de paters jezuïeten van het Berchmanianum. Nadat zij elders in Brakkenstein onderdak vonden, schonken ze het beeld aan de wijk en kwam het op de hoek van het kruispunt te staan. Ook van dit beeld is de maker onbekend.
