This is the work of the Czech street art artist of Kazakh origin Dmitrij Proškin, who, however, is better known under his artistic pseudonym ChemiS (you can find more information about him, for example, on his website www.chemisland.com). The work is not dated, but according to the municipal newsletter of the city of Mnichovice 02/2021 (available at www.mnichovice.cz) it is a work from 2011. It could therefore be said that this is one of the works from the beginning of Dmitriy's career.
It is a spray painting on electric transformer. The piece consist from tigers' head and a graffiti inscription in a tiger pattern, which is difficult to read due to the age of the work and the dense vegetation that surrounds the object on two sides. The tiger motif refers to the local name of the place called park "U Tygra" ("Tigers' park").
