The ornate fountain can be found at the entrance to the Sandals Grande St. Lucian in Gros Islet, Saint Lucia which is a resort on the northwest corner of the island in the Caribbean.
At the center of the fountain is the four lions which fit this category. They all face out in the four cardinal directions just above what would be the pool water line. They are all male with exquisite manes. Above the four full figure lions are an additional four lion heads positioned between the main four which would spew the water.
