Aluminum disk on pipe set on top of the south end of the earthen dam of the Cabezon Community Resevior. Pipe sticks up about one foot.

Directions: Turn SW off 550 where green highway sign points toward San Luis and Cabezon. Proceed on paved road though San Luis (Cerro De Los Pinos Rd.) Where pavement turns north continue straight ahead on graded road. Do not turn off south toward Cabezon. Road becomes San Luis Road. You will see reservoir and spur which leads to dam top. Walk along this spur toward dam and you will run right into marker.
