Okay, technically a spider is not an insect, but I wouldn't want to argue with this one. It can be found at Dan Klennert's wonderful "Recycled Spirits of Iron," a privately owned sculpture park which is open year-'round. There is no admittance fee to the park.

The park is located on the south side of Highway 706 between Elbe and Ashford, en route to Mt. Rainier National Park's southwest entrance.

Type of insect: SPIDER!!! EEEK!!! (Sorry, I didn't stop to count the legs.)
