Fountain was erected in 1997. The base is a rectangle approximately 7'x10'. In the center is a round basin, and in the center of the basin is a peacock atop a pedestal next to three urns. Each urn shorter than the next so that the water spills from one into the other and then into the round basin before spilling over into the bottom rectangular basin.
