This orange-brown brick building has a hip/gable mist-green corrugated iron roof with a fair swathe of solar panels on it. It houses the paid administrative office workers and the volunteers that coordinate the larger disasters. It is at the eastern side of the large shared open-air car park. It has its own telecommunication tower.
